How it works

You can prepare the team before the other players install the app.

Create your team
Choose your sport and enter the information used to manage the kitty.

Create player profiles, use the suggested rules and adjust their amounts.

Share the team link or QR code. Each player can then see their balance and transactions.

The free version covers the day-to-day management of the kitty. Premium adds extra features to make it easier to manage.

Free, with no quotas or commission.

  • Record every transaction and create your own rules, with no quotas.

    Fines, payments, donations, withdrawals and member credits, with suggested rules for your sport.

  • Invite players with a link or QR code, or prepare their accounts in advance.

How can I try the app right now?

Download Blackbox from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign in by email, with Google, or with Apple on iPhone.

Does Blackbox handle the money?

No. Payments happen outside the app, for example by cash or bank transfer. Blackbox records the transactions, but money never goes through the app.

Who can add a fine?

The manager can add fines. With Premium, they can also appoint sheriffs and delegate this task.

What is a season?

An accounting period, usually the sports year. At the end, the manager closes it and the next season starts from zero.

How does my team join?

Share an invite link or QR code. You can also prepare player profiles before they create their accounts.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Your data stays your team's data, is never sold and is hosted in line with the GDPR. See the Privacy Policy.

How much does it cost?

Blackbox is free for managing fines, payments, balances, the kitty, members and rules, with no quotas or commission. Premium adds roles, automatic reminders, statistics and archives.
